- Login to your account at https://www.ipsy.com/
- Once in your account, select "Edit Account Settings" (https://www.ipsy.com/account/general#/subscription)
- Click the "Membership" link
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- You may be offered to skip a month in a popup, select "continue cancellation"
- Check your email inbox for the email address you used to register for your Ipsy account
- Click the link from Ipsy to confirm your cancellation (IMPORTANT: be sure you are still logged in to Ipsy account)
If you are unable to cancel your account online call 1-888-769-4526 any day from 6AM-2AM CST or submit a help ticket at http://help.ipsy.com/customer/portal/emails/new.
Billing Cycle: be sure to cancel before 12AM PST on the last day of the month, or you will be charged for the next month's billing cycle.
Annual subscription: you will still get your bags for the rest of the year billing cycle that were prepaid.
