How to Cancel Ipsy Paid Membership

1. Login to your account at https://www.ipsy.com/
2. Once in your account, select "Edit Account Settings" (https://www.ipsy.com/account/general#/subscription)
3. Click the "Membership" link
4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
5. You may be offered to skip a month in a popup, select "continue cancellation"
6. Check your email inbox for the email address you used to register for your Ipsy account
7. Click the link from Ipsy to confirm your cancellation (IMPORTANT: be sure you are still logged in to Ipsy account)

If you are unable to cancel your account online call 1-888-769-4526 any day from 6AM-2AM CST or submit a help ticket at http://help.ipsy.com/customer/portal/emails/new.

Billing Cycle: be sure to cancel before 12AM PST on the last day of the month, or you will be charged for the next month's billing cycle.

Annual subscription: you will still get your bags for the rest of the year billing cycle that were prepaid.
