How to Cancel FreshBooks Subscription

1. Login to your account on Freshbooks at https://secure.freshbooks.com/login/
2. Make a backup of any accounting information you need
3. Select the account dropdown from the main menu
4. Select "Billing and Upgrade" menu
5. Scroll down an click the "Cancel Your Account" link
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to finish cancelling your account and leave an optional comment

If you've cancelled within the first 30 days of opening a paid plain, you will get a full refund.

If your subscription is through Apple Subscriptions, you may cancel directly in the Apple Subscriptions interface or by following these instructions https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT202039. You may also cancel your FreshBooks Apple Subscription by phone, at 1-866-303-6061.
