How to Cancel Experian Identity Theft Protection

Experian requires customers to call their hotline to cancel their membership for identity theft protection memberships.

You can call Experian at 1-479-343-6239. Their customer services operates 7 days a week. Monday-Friday Monday-Friday 8am to 10pm CST and Saturday-Sunday 10am to 7pm CST.

If you have signed up for a free 30 day trial, be sure to cancel before the end of the trial of you will be billed.

If you paid for an annual membership, and cancel within 180 days of the next billing date, you are eligible for a partial refund of your membership fee. This prorated refund policy does not apply to monthly membership accounts.

Just because you've canceled your Experian membership does not mean your personal information has been deleted from their servers.
